Profile: In 2016, Alexei Amarista played in Rookie Ball, High-A, Double-A, Triple-A, and the majors, though for a team perhaps best described as Quad-A. Across all five levels, he finished with 221 plate appearances, one homer, and one stolen base. For the Padres, he ended with a higher on-base percentage than slugging percentage. And in case you're wondering, no, his OBP wasn't higher than .300. He signed a one-year deal with the Rockies, and he could see time at every position besides first base and behind the plate. Even his new team isn't enough to make him worth rostering. (Rylan Edwards)

The Quick Opinion: Amarista is a utility infielder who doesn't provide much fantasy utility. Look elsewhere.
