News: Brantley has been given the green light to steal bases by manager Eric Wedge, the Cleveland Plain Dealer reports.
Analysis: Brantley swiped 46 bases in 51 attempts at Triple-A and figures to play quite a bit in September with Grady Sizemore shut down. If you're looking for some steals down the stretch he's worth a look.
