News: Palmer was scratched from his Triple-A start on Tuesday and could be called up to the majors sometime soon, the LA Times reports.
Analysis: Palmer would likely enter the starting rotation if he joins the big club. The Angels continue to search for options while five of their starters remain on the disabled list.
