News: The Indians' head athletic trainer said Monday that Laffey (oblique) will miss four to six weeks, the Associated Press reports.
Analysis: As we guessed, Laffey will need more than just a 15-day disabled list stint to recover. The projected timeline puts him on pace for a late-June return.

News: Laffey will be moved to the bullpen Thursday, according to the Cleveland Plain Dealer.
Analysis: Jeremy Sowers will take Laffey's spot in the Tribe's rotation. The Indians' bullpen leads the AL in blown saves and home runs allowed, and the hope is that Laffey can shore some of that up.
