News: Swarzak was recalled from Triple-A Rochester and will start Saturday against the Brewers. He had a 2.25 ERA and 32:11 K:BB ratio in 44 innings at Triple-A Rochester.
Analysis: Swarzak could get more than one or two spot starts in the rotation if Glen Perkins is out for an extended period with an elbow injury. He could also remain on the roster as a reliever if the Twins decided to make drastic moves to improve a slumping bullpen. He's had an up-and-down two years, but was once regarded as one of Minnesota's top prospects. He's worth adding in keeper leagues and a look in one-year leagues.
