    8 Team Keeper League Scoring: R,HR,RBI,SB,BB,Errors W,SV,K,ERA,WHIP POS:C,1B,2B,3B,SS,OF,OF,OF,UTIL,UTIL SP,SP,RP,RP,P,P,P Bench x6

Current Roster: Pablo Sandoval Garrett Jones Ian Kinsler Michael Young Derek Jeter Grady Sizemore Shin-Soo Choo Josh Willingham Joey Votto Gordon Beckham Carl Crawford Ben Zobrist Geovany Soto CC Sabathia Phil Hughes Jonathan Papelbon J.P. Howell Andrew Bailey Matt Thornton Javier Vázquez Jason Frasor Félix Hernández Ubaldo Jiménez

Keeping 7 players after the season. I'm not really in the playoff hunt, so my focus on trades is a build for the future, win now 70/30 split.

    What do you think of:

Receiving: Curtis Granderson, Adam Lind, David Wright

Giving up: Ben Zobrist, CC Sabathia, Javier Vázquez

Thoughts? My initial reaction was no. But David Wright is really tempting...

David Wright's a bad combo of high BABIP and declining ISO in 2009. That's iffy. But of course, you may be selling Zobrist high...or are you?

His ISO in 2008 was .253. In 2009, it's .237. His BABIP is up, but he's hitting the ball a lot harder and driving it more (19.6% LD rate in 2009 vs. 13.5% in 2008). Lind on the other hand? His ISO has exploded, and almost 20% of his Fly Balls have gone for homers. I'd put my money that Lind regresses more than Zobrist in 2010.

And obviously since it's Fantasy baseball, stats like AVG and W-L record matter. Granderson's a good player for sure, but a .273 career AVG isn't wowing anyone in Fantasy. And Sabathia, well, he's on the Yankees. He's going to get you 15+ wins a season.

    Hope that helps.
