Brewing Up a Tasty Center Field Platoon in Milwaukee

The Milwaukee Brewers have gone all-in for the playoffs in 2011 with a "Stars and Scrubs" approach. One position that looked like a weakness prior to the season, center field, has turned out to be a strength due to the smart platooning of Carlos Gomez and Nyjer Morgan. Separately, they are no-hit, all-glove players. Properly platooned, they not only offer great defense, but a decent bat.
